"Color didn’t match what I expected"
The blinds themselves work fine, so no issue there, but the color was different from what I saw in the online sample. I expected more of a warm beige, and these look a lot more grey in person. After waiting on them, it was kind of disappointing. I know companies always have that polished wording about colors varying on screens, but still, this felt like more than a slight difference

It worked fine for a while, but after a few months it ended up breaking. Maybe I just got a weaker one or the quality isn’t as solid as it looked, but either way it didn’t really hold up over time

I had a good experience with gosmartblinds.com, I think. The best part was probably the communication. They kept me updated while my order was being made and then again when it shipped, so I wasn’t just sitting there wondering what was happening. It did take a bit longer than I expected at first, which was a little frustrating, but overall I’m happy with the order. I just wish the timing had been slightly quicker.
"Samples helped, but the wait was frustrating"
I’m glad they offer samples before you commit to ordering because it really did make the decision easier. I wanted to see how the color looked in my actual room, and that helped a lot. That said, waiting a few days for them to show up was a little frustrating when I was ready to move forward. I also wish there were more fabric options to choose from.
"Pretty easy to order overall"
Ordering was easy for me. I was doing it at the kitchen table after dinner, so I had to grab my tape measure and double-check the window sizes a couple times, but the website itself was simple enough to figure out. Checkout went smoothly and I got the blinds ordered without any real hassle. I’d probably give it 5 stars if there was a little more guidance along the way, especially for measuring.

Support did help me get through the setup, so that was good. It just took, like, a bit longer than I expected to hear back each time. Not a bad experience overall… I just wish the replies were a little quicker.

"Couldn’t really find what I needed"
The site was a bit frustrating to use. I kept clicking around trying to find what I needed, then I’d get sidetracked by some other section and forget where I was headed. It wasn’t awful, just kind of annoying and not as straightforward as I expected

"Pretty decent blinds, but a little hit or miss"
Overall, these blinds are fine and they do look nice once they’re up. The fabric has a good look to it, but one of the rails feels kind of flimsy — not sure how to explain it, just a bit cheaper than I expected. For the price they’re not bad, but I was hoping the quality would feel a little more solid.

"Too expensive for what you actually get"
The blinds work okay, so I can’t say they’re terrible, but for the price I expected better quality. They just feel a bit overpriced for what they are. Also, the way they were handled wasn’t great, the packaging looked like it had been tossed around, which didn’t exactly make me feel better about the purchase. Overall, they do the job, but I don’t really think the value is there.

"I was expecting a lot more choices..."
I was expecting a lot more choices when it came to fabrics and materials. Most of the colors looked similar to me, and there wasn’t enough detail to really tell what the quality would be like. The ordering process itself was fine, but I didn’t feel super confident picking anything. What made it more frustrating was that there didn’t seem to be any real human contact or someone I could quickly ask for advice, so it felt like I was just guessing. More samples and clearer fabric info would make a big difference.

I ordered blinds for three windows and was worried I might have measured something wrong. But everything showed up exactly how I entered it in the order. The sizes, color, and all the parts were correct, so there wasn’t any back and forth needed. I’m happy with how it all turned out.

"Took too long to get a reply"
The blinds themselves are okay, no real complaints there... but trying to get help was frustrating. I emailed a couple times and only got one quick reply back days later. Tried calling too, just went to voicemail. Not a terrible company or anything, but their customer service really needs to be quicker

These ended up fitting really well, which was the main thing I was hoping for. They showed up the right size and went into the windows without much trouble. Took me around 20 minutes each once I figured out the first one. Overall, no real complaints and they look good...

I’ve been using the remote from my couch and it’s been working great so far. No issues setting it up or getting it to respond, and it just does exactly what I need it to do. Happy with it.

I hate waiting on deliveries, so I was expecting to be annoyed for a few days. But the blinds showed up in just two days, which was way quicker than I thought. Really happy with how fast shipping was

"The discount made it feel worth it"
I had a discount code and ended up saving more than I expected, so that was definitely a nice surprise. The overall experience was fine, though nothing especially amazing stood out beyond the deal. Still, for the price I paid, I’d say it was worth it.

The exchange did eventually get sorted out, so I can’t say it was a total hassle. It just took longer than they originally told me, and the communication felt impersonal at times, like I was just another ticket number in the system.

I’ve been using this for a bit now, and at first I thought maybe I just needed to get used to it or give it some time to break in. It looks fine and does the basic job when it’s working, but the experience hasn’t been as smooth as I hoped. After a while, I started noticing the motor is slow, makes more noise than I expected, and it keeps stopping halfway through, which gets really frustrating...

"Works really well with my smart home setup"
I got blinds from Go Smart Blinds because I really wanted something that would actually work with the smart home setup I already have, and so far they’ve done the job.
Getting them connected with Alexa was easy. It took me a little bit to find the right setting, but once I figured that out, it’s been running fine. I set up a morning routine, and now the blinds open on their own without me really having to think about it.
They’re not totally perfect since the app can be a little slow sometimes, but overall I’m happy with them. It’s really nice when something just fits in with the rest of the house and works the way it’s supposed to.

"Measurements were a little off"
The item was mostly fine, but the measurements didn’t line up exactly for me. This is where it got annoying, I had to make a few adjustments to get everything to fit the way it should. Not a huge deal in the end, but definitely something to be aware of.
